Movement Standards

Worm

Worm to be cleaned up to athletes shoulders.

Push press/ jerk to opposite shoulders before dropping the worm.

Workout 0 is an optional workout to be completed within 7-10 am window.

The winner of this workout will receive  an advantage in workout 4a/4b.
