Founder/ Owner, Des has been obese all of his childhood and adult years, he has always known that being obese was not who he was as a person, just someone who had not been taught how to eat well and exercise to stay fit and healthy. 

With a simple decision to stop the cycle with the birth of his daughter, he pledged to change his life for the better. Des has been able to lose over 60 kgs and improve his quality of life for himself, his family, his community, and now he can help you.
